Congratulations to the Winner of our Winter Competition!

Congratulations to Aleksandra Kolesnikova for winning our International Therapist winter competition! She won an FHT themed bundle, including a tote bag, a relax candle, a mixed pack of gift cards, a pack of 100 of our newly designed reflexology leaflets, a pack of 50 reflexology consultation form, and an FHT-branded fleece.

Aleksandra Kolesnikova is a newly qualified physiotherapist with a strong background in holistic and sports therapy. Her journey in the health and wellbeing industry began in 2015, when she started her training in complementary therapy, later progressing into Sports Therapy and most recently qualifying in Physiotherapy.

Alongside her private practice, Aleksandra works within an NHS hospital in the Trauma and Orthopaedics department, gaining valuable clinical experience in supporting patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

With several years of hands-on experience, she has treated a variety of conditions using tailored techniques to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Aleksandra has also volunteered as a massage therapist at major events such as the London Marathon, further developing her practical skills in a dynamic environment.

She is a caring and compassionate therapist who is dedicated to continuous professional development and is passionate about helping people return to and enjoy their everyday activities. Outside of work, Aleksandra leads an active lifestyle and enjoys playing volleyball as part of a local team.
