Ruth specialises in myofascial release and has been in clinical practice for 18 years. She is the author of ‘A Hands on Guide to Myofascial Release’ and has delivered numerous foundation and advanced myofascial release workshops both in the UK and internationally. She regularly attends trade shows and conferences delivering lectures and workshops and is also a consultant for The British Fascia Symposium. Ruth delivered the opening lecture on fascia at the Symposium’s inaugural event in 2014 as has provided MFR workshops at all of their other events. She has also delivered a workshop for MyoPain2017 conference in Bangalore, India and is a founding member of the Fascia Research Society.
