FHT Member, Accredited Training Provider and award-winning entrepreneur Jemma Cooper has launched a national campaign ‘Look Good Feel Fab’ to offer free beauty treatments to those in need to help them look good on the outside and feel fabulous on the inside.
‘Look Good Feel Fab’ is teaming up with hundreds of salons and therapists to offer support to care services, end of life care and their families. Throughout the month of January, salons and therapists taking part will offer a little of their time for free giving people in need a little pampering, whether that’s a hand massage, a mini makeover, a pedicure or any treatment that helps that person to feel fab.
Founder, Jemma Cooper said “We are all aware the care for older people is at an all time high, along with issues of loneliness. There are also many millions of people in the UK that are full time carers for someone else, so there are many people in need. Therapists for years have been supporting individuals everyday so to be able to help those people that need support will be such a reward to many. There is no greater reward than giving your time.”
