FHT supports Accredited Registers video

The FHT is delighted to have supported a recent video commissioned by the Professional Standards Authority, called ‘Let’s work together’, which aims to promote a wider workforce of health and care professionals, including complementary therapists, through its Accredited Registers programme.

FHT supports Accredited Registers video

FHT member and two-time FHT Excellence Award winner, Maria Mason, can be seen demonstrating reflexology in the video, which also features a massage therapist, sports rehabilitator, acupuncturist, counsellor and play therapist.

Maria told FHT, ‘I’m very proud to have been involved in a video that helps to promote the Accredited Registers programme, which will hopefully benefit everyone – from members of the public, looking for a complementary therapist, to over-stretched GPs, who need confidence when referring patients to other health professionals. And of course, my fellow members who are also listed on the FHT’s Accredited Register.’

Please share this video with as many contacts as you can, to help promote the benefits of the Accredited Registers programme. As more people will now be looking for practitioners listed on an Accredited Register, please also ensure you log in to the Members area of the FHT website to download your special FHT/Accredited Register logo and other support materials, if you are listed on our FHT Complementary Healthcare Therapist Register (www.fht.org.uk/register)
