We are thrown into the dark days of January with little warning.
Christmas decorations are returned to dusty boxes and we reluctantly shrug off the warmth of holiday cheer, the sound of new-year fireworks still ringing in our ears.
It can be difficult to adapt to the cold nights, to face the unease of stretched pay packets, and to cope with the pressure of creating and sticking to resolutions. Although the new year is often associated with turning over a new leaf, it can quickly become overwhelming.
That’s why, this quarter, we are encouraging you slow down and take a breath.
Try it now. In, then out. Unclench your jaw. Relax your body. Take every day as it comes and don’t forget to enjoy the little things.
Now, it is time to unwind.
