Harper’s Bazaar reminds us to be kinder to ourselves in 2016, with a focus on holistic beauty and complementary therapies to help our spirits soar.

Harper’s Bazaar publishes their body manifesto

Editor-in-Chief Justine Picardie writes:

For me, this means finding time for a holistic facial with Vaishaly Patel (who incorporates healing techniques into her treatments) or a bespoke reflexology session with Ziggie Bergman; or meeting a friend for a pedicure at the Beaumont Spa, where we can sit together and talk. I’m also determined to do the exercise that I enjoy most, which is walking (preferably in a beautiful natural landscape, though there is pleasure to be found in striding the streets of London, too).

Ziggie Bergman is an FHT member who also teaches facial reflexology. Ziggie’s FHT-accredited Bergman Zone Method™ is available to book here.
