For the FHT, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a essential part of good professional practice as well as a fundamental principle of professional ethics. For the public, service users and employers, CPD provides the reassurance that as individuals, and as a profession, FHT members are committed to upholding standards.

FHT Members and Fellows* are expected to complete a minimum of 10 CPD points per membership year.
