Happy National Vegetarian Week, everyone!

From Monday 21st to Sunday 27th May, it’s National Vegetarian Week, and a great excuse to finally start that healthy-eating regime you’ve been putting off since the New Year began.

National Vegetarian Week (NVW) is the UK’s annual awareness-raising campaign promoting inspirational vegetarian food and the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle.

If you’re not feeling brave enough to go full ‘veggie’ for the entire week, why not try an extra portion of vegetables with each meal and swap meat for fish? The official NVW website has a few recipes of its own, but you can also visit Cook Vegetarian for a wider selection (546 and counting).
