FHT Excellence Award Winner Beverley Collison of Complementary Therapies & Training Centre (CTTC) organised for CTTC learners, FHT Members and Student Members to attend the Chaseley Trust in Eastbourne on Thursday 18th December. Whilst there the team performed hand massages and hand reflexology on the residents, along with some singing bowl therapy with Maja.

Everyone enjoyed their gentle treatments and one resident said how much more movement they had following their treatment. Coffee and mince pies were enjoyed. This was a successful morning which reinforced the students’ learning of their VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. The CTTC team home to be back soon.
