On Wednesday 11 December 2024, the Eastbourne LSG held their Christmas meeting with a quiz which challenged and reinforced their knowledge as therapists. They answered questions on a variety of subjects which included some FHT related questions! They did a taste test of herbal teas, played guess the essential oils, labelled bones, muscles, and glands, and identified some photos of contra-indications. This allowed attendees to achieve 2 CPD points.
They also exchanged Secret Santas, had a raffle, and enjoyed some nibbles and alcohol-free mulled wine. The exciting plan for the year ahead was unveiled to include a variety of guest speakers which can be also be viewed under the Eastbourne’s LSG on the FHT website here.
