On a warm evening in May the Bournemouth LSG went for a walk around a local park with the wonderful Medical Herbalist Claire Savoldelli from ‘The Meadow’. As the sun set, Claire shared her extensive knowledge of the plants we passed in the hedgerows, their uses as herbal medicine and in aromatherapy.
