Review to look at end of life care

The government has commissioned an independent review to look at what care people want at the end of life, the support they need, and the services required that will enable choice. The review is chaired by Claire Henry, chief executive of the National Council for Palliative Care, which is the umbrella charity for people involved in palliative, end of life, and hospice care in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It will report in February 2015.
