Dr Peter Mackereth demonstrates an easy and fun way to learn a calming breathing exercise, incorporating stretching and yawning, using the ‘stretchy person’.
The aim is to ease stress, interrupt feelings of anxiety and improve breathing. It takes less than 5 minutes and can be used prior to medical procedures or other potentially stress inducing activity e.g. public speaking.
