In addition to mood swings, hormones are also responsible for breakouts, pigmentation, sagging, and dehydrated skin. One hundred percent of women have to deal with the effects of their hormones at some point in their life – whether it’s during puberty, pregnancy, menopause, or even stressful situations.
Attendees will get an insight into which hormones are responsible for changes in skin, how they work and what can be done to treat clients going through these changes with a special emphasis on those during menopause.
Having joined The International Dermal Institute over 20 years ago, Sharon is considered globally an industry expert and in her role as Education Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa is responsible for developing education in these countries at a postgraduate level.
