
Preventing dehydration in this hot, humid weather…
It’s so important to ensure that you drink the recommended intake of fluid, but very few sources agree on what that recommended intake actually is. Some studies in the UK advise that adults should consume 1.2 litres / 6-8 glasses of water each day to replace lost fluids and prevent dehydration.
