Serena Williams, the number one ranked female tennis player in the world, has condensed her recipe for a strong core into a 15-minute training app which [launched] on Friday, March 15th.

The 31-year-old claims that CorePower, the name of her workout with Nike Training Club, is like “having a personal trainer on your phone.”


Despite the dreadful weather, sunny spells keep us believing that spring is slowly on its way. It brings with it the marathon season and the promise of a beach-weather summer – both very good reasons to start getting into shape.

For those that want a strong workout but aren’t keen on the commitment of gym membership, or just prefer to exercise in the comfort of your own home, this could be the app for you.
