SIMPLE TECHNIQUES FOR IMPROVING MOVEMENT.

19th May, 11.30am – 12.45pm
FHT Annual Training Congress @ NEC, Birmingham

Denise Gurney is a Kinesiopractor® who has been a member of the Professional Kinesiology Practice family for more than 20 years. Denise studied and practised for many years, keeping abreast of the legislative and accreditation changes affecting complementary health practitioners in various countries, and has found the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP) to be a perfect fit for her. Denise was on the Policy Board of the UK Kinesiology Federation and she is an advisor on Kinesiology to the Institute of Complementary Medicine in London.

Kinesiology involves muscle testing, addressing physiological, mechanical, and psychological mechanisms to improve movement. Application includes rehabilitation, such as physical and occupational therapy, as well as sport and exercise.

In this lecture-demonstration, you will learn how to test a muscle correctly, followed by a simple application of the technique.
