
Huffpost Health Living has reported the benefits of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, and food cravings.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with EFT, this therapy is an emotional form of acupuncture except that needles aren’t used. Instead, fingertips are tapped to stimulate certain meridian points while you are tuned into a problem.
