
Workaholics could benefit from yoga, relieving aches and pains from too much desk-time. Spending 35 hours or more at a desk each week, unsurprisingly, may result in headaches, pain in the shoulders, neck, back and feet due to limited exertion and circulation. Rather than reaching for a painkiller, tight muscles and stiff joints can unwind with some simple yoga poses that take as little as 3 minutes, every few hours.
